Laura is the owner and founder of Good ventures and the product designer behind both Adaptology and Evolve Beauty. Laura has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a background in Management Consultancy and Venture Capital. She has been working in the Natural Personal Care sector since 2005 at NUDE Skincare and Good Ventures. 

VIOLAINE BARGUES

Violaine is our Product Development Manager, managing our development projects, organic certification and compliance. Violaine has over 15 years experience in Product Development and previously worked at Elemis, NUDE

FREYA KRAUSKOPF

Freya is our Operations Manager and runs our studio, organising in house formulation, product manufacturing and fulfilment. Freya has a background in Biochemistry and has been working in the Natural Personal Care sector since 2014.
